Please call the salon to schedule this service or SCHEDULE ONLINE. We require a non-refundable deposit of $40 at the time of booking. You will be emailed an invoice to pay the deposit. If the deposit isn’t paid by the due date the appointment will be cancelled/declined.

 While we understand emergencies happen from time to time; this policy will remain in effect. We require a 2 week notice to move your deposit and reschedule to a different date to retain your deposit, one time. Any cancellation after that you will be required to pay a new deposit.  you schedule an appointment with less than 2 weeks, the same policy will apply.

 If you no show or don't call the salon in the timeframe of the cancellation policy, you will forfeit your deposit. You will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the missed appointment and leave another 50% deposit. Texting and/or emailing isn’t accepted when cancelling/moving an appointment.
